The service

A personal productivity record

My Pick Rate lets you record work quantities, shifts, timing, targets, notes, optional proof photos, and related personal performance information. It can calculate rates, totals, progress, and other summaries from the information stored in your account.

My Pick Rate is not an employer timekeeping, payroll, safety, human-resources, disciplinary, or official performance system. Unless your employer separately tells you otherwise, information shown in My Pick Rate is your personal record and is not an official employer record.

Your responsibility

Keep your entries accurate and use the app safely

You are responsible for the information you enter, for checking important calculations or records before relying on them, and for following workplace rules, safety requirements, device-use policies, and applicable law. Do not use My Pick Rate in a way that distracts you from safe work or violates your employer's policies.

My Pick Rate does not promise that a recorded rate will be accepted by an employer, determine incentive pay, prevent discipline, or match an employer's internal calculations.

Accounts

Protect access to your account

You are responsible for maintaining control of the sign-in account and devices you use with My Pick Rate. Tell us promptly if you believe your My Pick Rate account has been accessed without permission. You may delete your My Pick Rate account using the in-app deletion controls or the public deletion instructions.

Free and Pro

Optional one-time lifetime Pro purchase

My Pick Rate can offer an optional lifetime Pro purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play. The app displays the store-provided price before purchase. If you confirm the purchase, the applicable store charges your store account once. My Pick Rate Pro does not automatically renew and is not an auto-renewing subscription.

Apple or Google controls payment processing, taxes where applicable, purchase records, and store refund procedures. My Pick Rate uses RevenueCat to verify the purchase and unlock Pro only after the store purchase is confirmed for the signed-in My Pick Rate account. Restore purchases is available in the app for supported store purchases.

A completed lifetime Pro purchase does not expire merely because the price offered to future buyers changes. Deleting your My Pick Rate account removes the app-owned account and data described in our Privacy Policy, but it does not by itself issue a refund for a completed App Store or Google Play purchase. Refunds and other store-level purchase adjustments are handled by the applicable store.

Availability

The service may change or occasionally be unavailable

We work to keep My Pick Rate reliable, but internet services, mobile devices, third-party providers, and app stores can fail or become unavailable. We may fix, update, add, remove, or change features when needed for reliability, security, legal compliance, or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every unsynced device-only entry can be recovered after device loss, reset, deletion, or operating-system failure.

Wellness

General information, not medical care

Wellness content in My Pick Rate is general comfort and mobility information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Stop an activity that feels unsafe or causes concerning symptoms and seek appropriate professional care when needed.

Third parties

External services have their own terms

My Pick Rate uses or links to services operated by other companies, including sign-in providers, app stores, RevenueCat, WaitToSave, Amazon, and other external resources. Their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, availability, and purchase rules apply when you use those services.

Supply Locker shopping links are provided as optional shopping references. Some shopping links may be affiliate links, which can result in a commission without changing the price you pay. Product availability, price, seller, promotions, and purchase terms are controlled by the destination service, not My Pick Rate.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service

Do not attempt to break, overload, bypass, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to My Pick Rate, another person's account, private storage, billing systems, or security controls. Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have the right to store.

Ownership

Your records remain yours; the app remains ours

You retain your rights in the information and content you provide to My Pick Rate. You give Nora Knows LLC the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that information to operate and protect the service. My Pick Rate's software, branding, original interface, and original content remain the property of Nora Knows LLC or their respective licensors.

Disclaimers

Use the service with reasonable judgment

To the extent permitted by law, My Pick Rate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular employment, compensation, medical, legal, or financial decision. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Liability

Reasonable limits

To the extent permitted by law, Nora Knows LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of My Pick Rate, loss of device-only unsynced data, employer decisions, third-party services, or external purchases. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.

Changes and ending access

Terms can change with the product

We may update these terms when My Pick Rate or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted here with a new last-updated date. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, legal compliance, or security. You may stop using My Pick Rate and delete your account at any time.

Governing terms

Michigan operator

My Pick Rate is operated by Nora Knows LLC in Michigan, United States. These terms are governed by applicable Michigan and United States law, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
