Account deletion

Delete your account when you want.

My Pick Rate is worker-owned. You can permanently remove your account and its saved tracking data from either the web app or the native app.

Sign in, open Settings, then choose Delete account. Type DELETE when asked to confirm.

Open Today, choose Account from the secondary actions, then choose Permanently delete account and confirm the system warning.

What is deleted

Your My Pick Rate record

Account deletion removes your My Pick Rate user record, work profile, shifts, entries, entitlement record, mobile authorization/session records, optional proof photos, and the RevenueCat customer record attached to your My Pick Rate billing identity. Proof-photo and linked billing-record cleanup must succeed before the database deletion continues.

Deletion cannot be undone.

Pro purchase

Deleting the account does not refund the store purchase.

My Pick Rate Pro is a one-time purchase rather than a renewing subscription. Deleting your My Pick Rate account removes the app-owned account and linked RevenueCat customer record, but it does not issue a refund for a completed Apple App Store or Google Play purchase. Store purchase and refund records remain controlled by the applicable app store.
