Can my employer see my My Pick Rate data?

No. My Pick Rate is a worker-owned personal tracker. Your individual productivity data is private to your account unless you explicitly choose to share it.

What kind of rate can I track?

My Pick Rate supports warehouse work measured in cases, picks, units, lines, or pallets per hour.

Is the basic tracker free?

Yes. The core daily rate-tracking experience remains useful on the free tier. Pro can add deeper history, insights, reports, and other advanced capabilities.

Can I track my shift without cell service?

Yes. The Android app saves shift entries on your phone when service drops and retries syncing after you reconnect. Signing in and online features still need a connection. Keep the app installed until unsynced work is confirmed.
